井筒水声波无线通信系统关键技术与试验研究

     

摘要

针对现有井筒内无线信号传输技术传输速率低以及对使用环境选择性高的缺陷,提出了一种基于水声波的井筒无线通信方法,设计了井筒水声波无线通信系统.该系统由地面水声波发射系统和井下水声波接收系统组成.地面水声波发射系统对待传输信号进行编码、调制、放大和发射,井下水声波接收系统接收水声信道传输的地面信息并进行信号调理和解调,重点对水声信号处理电路、换能器及调制和解调算法等关键技术进行了研究,设计完成中心频率12 kHz的水声发射、接收换能器及配套水声信号处理模块,通过室内和地面试验对水声信号不同距离下的通信能力进行了测试,实现了200 m距离下井筒水声波无线数据通信.研究结果表明:井筒水声波无线通信系统可实现以井筒内水声波为信号载体进行无线数据传输,具有较高的解码准确率和较强的抗干扰能力.研究内容为井筒内长距离水声通信技术的研究和试验奠定了基础.%A wellbore wireless communication method based on underwater acoustic wave has been proposed to address the low transmission rate and high environment requirement of the existing wellbore wireless signal transmission technology.The welbore wireless communication system based on under-water acoustic waves has been designed.The signal to be transmitted is coded,modulated,amplified and emitted by the water acoustic wave emission system on the ground.Then the signal transmitted through the water acoustic channel is received,conditioned and demodulated by the under-water acoustic receive system.Researches have been focused on the key technologies such as the water acoustic signal process circuit,the transducer and the modulation-demodulation algorithm.The emission/receive transducer with 12 kHz central frequency and the corresponding signal processing circuit have been developed.The laboratory and ground tests have been conducted to test the communication ability of under-water acoustic signal under different distances,and 200 meters signal communication have been realized successfully.The result shows that,the system which uses wellbore water acoustic wave as signal carrier can realize the function of wireless data transmission.The system has the benefits of higher decoding accuracy and stronger immunity from interference.The study could provide foundation for the research and experiment of long distance water acoustic communication technology in wellbore.
