大型压裂液连续混配装置的研制与试验

         

摘要

To address the issues of fracturing fluid mixing like complicated process, large footprint and being unable of real-time mixing, the large-scale fracturing fluid continuous mixing device-SPY20Q fluid mixing skid has been developed.The device has a skid-mounted structure and driven by a single engine.Liquid-liquid mixing assisted with dry-liquid mixing has been designed.The device has the maximum liquid capacity of 20 m3/min, and allows mixing of six kinds of liquid medium and one kind of dry material, with the feeding accuracy of ±1% and solution proportioning precision of ±2%.The test results show that the design of the whole skid is reasonable, and it is easy to lifting on the site, presenting great advantage in large displacement real-time mixing operation.The automatic control system, with the features of being easy to operate, rapid response, safety and reliability, meets the design requirement in all functional indexes.The successful development of SPY20Q fluid mixing skid will change the traditional fracturing fluid mixing mode, achieve real-time mixing of proppant and base liquid, thus greatly reduce the number of equipment at the well site, minimize the footprint, and greatly improve the operation economic benefits.%为了解决目前压裂行业配液工序繁琐、占地面积大以及不能实现即混即用等问题,研制了大型压裂液连续混配装置--SPY20Q配液橇.该装置采用橇装一体式结构,由1台发动机驱动,采用液液混配为主、干液混配为辅的设计方案,最大配液能力达到20 m3/min,能同时满足6种液体介质+1种干料的添加,加料精度达±1%,溶液配比精度达±2%.试验结果表明:整橇结构设计合理,现场吊装方便,在大排量的即混即配施工中具有极大的优势;自动控制系统操作简单、反应灵敏、安全可靠, 各项功能指标均达到设计要求.SPY20Q配液橇的研制成功,将改变传统的压裂液混配模式,实现支撑剂及基液的"现配现用"和"即混即配",使作业现场的设备数量大大减少,降低了对作业场地面积的要求,并大大提高了作业的经济效益.
