Provided are a finger arteriolar dilatability continuous screening program, a finger arteriolar dilatability continuous screening device, and a finger arteriolar dilatability continuous screening method with which it is possible to simply and highly accurately screen for early signs of arteriosclerosis in microvessels of finger arteries without measuring blood pressure. The finger arteriolar dilatability continuous screening program continuously screens for a blood vessel dilation reaction in the finger arteries with each heartbeat during reactive hyperemia, said program causing a computer to function as: a resting pulse wave storing unit that stores a resting pulse wave from when a finger to be screened and a control finger have been pressed in a predetermined sequence while in a resting state prior to avascularization; a reperfusion pulse wave storing unit that stores a reperfusion pulse wave from when each finger has been continuously pressed at a certain pressure during reperfusion after avascularization; a NPV calculating unit that calculates the NPV natural logarithmic transformation value (lnNPV) of each finger and/or a blood volume (BV) calculating unit that calculates the BV of each finger; and a blood vessel dilation reaction index calculating unit that calculates a blood vessel dilation reaction index on the basis of the lnNVP and/or the BV.
