多级压裂自助解封封隔器及其管柱研究与应用

摘要

为实现对河南油田安棚深层系和泌阳凹陷等区块中多层系及大跨度储层的低成本多级压裂增产措施,研制了一种多级压裂自助解封封隔器及其工艺管柱.该管柱主要由多级压裂自助解封封隔器和滑套喷砂节流器等工具组成.其中多级压裂自助解封封隔器设计了自助解封机构,压裂后可快速解封,消除了多级分层压裂易砂卡管柱的问题,同时具有良好的耐高温高压性能.滑套喷砂节流器设计了耐磨级差滑套,可实现投球打滑套分层压裂.5口井的现场试验证明,设计的工艺管柱耐温耐压性能良好,解封安全可靠,能满足河南油田多层油井1趟管柱分层改造的需要,具有良好的推广应用前景.%To reduce the cost of the multistage fracturing operation in Anpeng deep layer, multi-layers in Biyang depression and large-span reservoirs in Henan Oilfield, a multistage fracturing self-releasing packer and tubing string has been developed.The string is mainly composed of multistage fracturing self-releasing packer and sliding sleeve sandblasting throttle.The designed self-releasing mechanism for the multistage fracturing self-releasing packer, with good HTHP performance, allows fast releasing, eliminating the common string sand sticking issue.The designed wear-resistant sliding sleeve for the sliding sleeve sand blasting throttle allows ball activated sliding sleeve opening and multistage fracturing.Field test in 5 wells shows that the designed string has a good temperature and pressure bearing performance, a safe and reliable releasing, which could meet the need of the single-run multi-layer stimulation of oil wells in Henan Oilfield, presenting good popularizing and application prospect.
