新型双喷嘴射流泵水力特性的试验研究

             

摘要

To attain the hydraulic performance of the novel dual-nozzle jet pump,the influence of area ratio,flow rate ratio M2 and working medium on the performance of the jet pump has been studied by experimental study,that is,with the increase of area ratio,the pressure ratio increases,but the jet pump flow rate interval narrows,and the high-efficiency area moves to the left.The role of the lower nozzle is to impact the solid particles deposited on the bottom and make it fluidized,but make no contribute to the efficiency of the jet pump.The greater the flow ratio of M2 is,the lower the jet pump pressure ratio and the efficiency are.Due to the presence of the lower nozzle,the efficiency reaches the maximum value under the area ratio of 0.2,while the traditional jet pump has the highest efficiency with the area ratio of about 0.3.When pumping crude oil using water,the jet pump has a peak efficiency of 26.05%,with the corresponding flow rate ratio M1 of 0.9.While pumping water,the peak efficiency is 18.68% and the flow ratio M1 is 0.8.When pumping water sand mixture using water,the peak efficiency is 14.98% and the flow rate ratio M1 is 0.6.The study conclusion could provide scientific basis for theoretical design and practical application of the novel dual-nozzle jet pump.%为了获得新型双喷嘴射流泵的水力特性,采用试验研究的方法,得到了面积比、流量比M2以及工作介质对射流泵性能的影响规律:随着面积比的增大,压力比峰值增大,但射流泵的工作流量区间缩小,高效区的位置左移.下喷嘴的作用是冲击井底沉积的固体颗粒并使之流态化,对射流泵的效率没有贡献,流量比M2越大,射流泵的压力比和效率越低.同时,由于下喷嘴的存在,导致面积比为0.2时效率最高,这与普通射流泵面积比为0.3左右时效率最高有所不同.当使用水抽汲原油时,射流泵的效率峰值为26.05%,对应的流量比M1为0.9;水抽汲水时,效率峰值为18.68%,流量比M1为0.8;当使用水抽汲水砂混合物时,效率峰值为14.98%,流量比M1为0.6.所得结论为新型双喷嘴射流泵的理论设计及实际应用提供了科学依据.
