自升式钻井平台插拔桩及冲桩试验系统

         

摘要

为了对自升式钻井平台插拔桩和冲桩过程进行研究,设计了一套自升式钻井平台插拔桩和冲桩试验系统.该系统能够提供最大50 kN的推力和拉力,以及最大压力为1 MPa的冲桩水,满足试验工况的要求;能够监测记录试验过程中的阻力、孔隙水压力、桩靴模型的位移和试验土体的性质.对试验系统的承力部位加载架进行了有限元分析,结果表明加载架的稳定性符合要求;当入泥深度在300 mm以内时,试验测得的阻力与SNAME (2008)推荐方法预测阻力吻合.所得结果验证了试验系统能够有效地模拟插拔桩及冲桩过程.%In order to study the process of spudcan penetration/extraction and jetting operations of jack-up drilling rig,a set of test system for spudcan penetration/extraction and jetting operation has been designed.The system can provide the maximum thrust and pull force of 50 kN,and the maximum pressure of 1 MPa of jetting water to meet the requirements of test conditions.The resistance,pore water pressure,spudcan shoe model displacement and the nature of soil could be monitored and recorded.The loading frame of the test force bearing part has been analyzed by finite element analysis.The results show that the stability of the loading frame is in accordance with the requirement.When the in-mud depth is less than 300 mm,the measured resistance force is in good agreement with the predicted resistance force of the SNAME (2008) method.The test system can effectively simulate the process of spudcan penetration/extraction and jetting operation.
