广东“双到”模式是对以往扶贫模式的扬弃，其精准扶贫机制为全国各地所关注和借鉴，较好了落实“政府主导、社会参与、自力更生、开发扶贫”的扶贫原则。本文在分析“双到”模式理论设计依据和面临问题基础上，对构建帮扶大格局、资金监管、完善考核、提高贫困群体脱贫能力等进行探讨，以进一步建立健全具有可在各地推广的普适性模式。%The models of poverty alleviation in Guangdong outshine the previous models and better follow the principle of the leading role of the government, participation of the society, self- reliance of peasants and development of new models of poverty alleviation. The models in Guangdong which are in view of the current situation are widely followed and used nationwide. Based on the theory of the models and current situation, the article has made further probes into how to construct the new aspect of poverty alleviation, supervise the funds, improve the checking system and the ability to get rid of the poverty to establish and strengthen the widely-used models in China.
