发达经济体“长期停滞”新常态与中国应对方略

摘要

This paper points out that the key feature of the New Normal of advanced economies is the so-called “secular stagnation”, which is mainly caused by the slow growth of technology, aging population and worsening income distribution. The paper then provides the countermeasure of advanced economics from the perspective of demand side and supply side respectively. Finally the paper stresses that the New Normal of advanced economies may rewrite the content of China’s future strategic opportunity, which needs to be reconsidered and properly managed.%本文指出发达经济体新常态的最重要表现是“长期停滞”，并从技术、人口与收入分配方面揭示出造成长期停滞的三大因素。文章进一步从需求与供给角度总结了发达经济体的应对之策。最后指出，未来较长时期，发达经济体长期停滞新常态，将在很大程度上改写我国战略机遇期的内涵，需要我们重新审视和妥善应对。
