油脂加工企业油罐区仓储管理管控一体化模式的研究应用

摘要

In recent years, grain and oil industry has developed rapidly, which has put more emphasis on industry layout, scale efficiency, technological innovation,energy conservation and emission reduction. In this context, integrated model of management and control has been gradually applied in grain and oil industry. The development trend and engineering application of integrated model of management and control in warehouse storage equipment in oil tank station were discussed. The model realized the quantitative distribution in oil tank station and accurate measurement, which could decrease labor intensity and improve work efficiency.%近几年粮油行业发展迅速,在规划上更强调产业布局、规模效益、科技创新与节能减排,在此背景下,管控一体化模式也逐渐应用在粮油行业中.针对油脂加工企业油罐区仓储设施管控一体化模式的发展趋势与工程应用实践,从实际应用情况来看,该系统模式实现了油罐区作业定量发放、精确计量的目标,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率,取得良好效果.
