降低海洋开发工程成本的思路和措施——SZ36-1油田二期开发工程降低成本分析

在总结近年来海上油田开发经验的基础上，针对SZ36-1油田开发工程提出了八条降低成本的思路和措施。%Based on the experience summarized from the development of offshore oil fields during the recent years,some thoughts and measures are proposed to reduce the cost in the second phase of development of SZ36-1 offshore oil field.
