In order to guarantee the safety,reliability and integrity of the aged offshore platform,the basis,method,strategy,procedure and mitigation measure about aged offshore platform is introduced and the issue that should be focused on during service period is proposed.It provides basis of decision for extending service and offers beneficial reference for making inspection plan of aged offshore platform.%为保证老龄平台的安全性、可靠性和完整性,从平台延寿评估的依据、方法、策略、程序和缓解措施建议等方面介绍老龄平台在超期服役过程中的关注重点,为老龄平台的超期服役提供决策依据,为制定超期服役过程中的检验计划提供参考.
