双层结构协同增效保护油气层技术及其室内实验评价

         

摘要

针对屏蔽暂堵保护油气层技术存在的问题,提出了双层结构协同增效保护油气层技术,即通过镶嵌屏蔽剂与膜屏蔽剂复配使用,在封堵较大孔隙或微裂缝基础上形成有效聚合物胶束屏蔽膜,从而有效降低钻井液侵入地层.室内实验评价表明:镶嵌屏蔽剂与膜屏蔽剂的复配使用可产生较好的协同增效保护油气层作用,对钻井液流变性影响不大,具有降滤失作用明显、渗透率封堵率高、封堵强度大、易返排等特点.%Aiming at the problems of temporary plugging reservoir protection technology, we propose the reservoir protecting technology with synergy of double-layer structure, which compounds the embedding shielding agent and membrane shielding agent to form the effective shielding membrane on the surface of the wall with a unidirectional plugging effect for large pores and cracks, so that to minimize the drill fluid invasion. The results of laboratory evaluation show that the combination of the two agents can generate better synergy for protecting reservoir with little impact on the fluid rheological property, and is characterized by obvious fluid loss control ability, high plugging ability and strength, easy flow back and so on.
