自升式平台井位适应性评估程序研究与应用

         

摘要

The pile foundation stability and structural integrity, the key problems in well location adaptability assessment, are researched by using theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field test. An integrated well location adaptability assessment program is established for jackup platform, which includes series of documents from the weather & sea-state analysts, geotechnical information investigation and operation emergency plan before operation to the pile penetrating/preloading procedure, storm survival procedure and pile pulling procedure during operation. The assessment program has been well applied on more than 20 jackup platforms successfully, situation and valuable in practical application.%采用理论计算、数值模拟、现场数据校验等多种方法,研究了桩基稳定性、结构完整性等井位适应性评估的关键问题,建立了完整的自升式平台井位适应性评估程序,形成了从作业前的气象海况分析、海床浅层地质分析、作业应急预案,到作业过程中的插桩压载程序、风暴生存作业程序、拔桩程序的系列文件.该评估和作业程序目前已在国内外作业的20多座平台进行应用,取得了良好效果.
