深水用煤制油恒流变合成基钻井液体系的研制

         

摘要

为了解决深水钻井中的压力控制问题,研制了一套深水用煤制油恒流变合成基钻井液体系。该钻井液体系是以新研制的低粘度深水用煤制油作为基液,对传统的合成基钻井液关键处理剂进行了重新设计及优选组合,从而构建了深水用合成基钻井液体系。性能评价实验结果表明,所研制的深水用煤制油恒流变合成基钻井液体系具有良好的流变性和乳化稳定性,动切力和6值受温度及压力影响小,可以满足深水钻井作业的要求。%In order to solve pressure control problemin deep water drilling,the coal liquefaction-baseddrilling fluid system with constant-rheology has beendeveloped.On the basis of the low viscosity coal liq-uefaction,the key materials for conventional syn-thetic drilling fluid are redesigned and optimized,soas to develop the coal liquefaction-based drilling fluidsystem with constant-rheology.The performance e-valuation results show that it has good rheologicalproperties and emulsion stability,and its YP andΦ6have less changes among the operating temperatureand pressure ranges,so that it satisfies the require-ments of deep water drilling.
