半潜式钻井平台螺杆泵测试技术研发与应用推广

             

摘要

螺杆泵在海上稠油DST测试中具有优势,但由于受到钻井平台升沉特性制约而无法直接应用在半潜式钻井平台DST测试中.自主研发设计了半潜式钻井平台螺杆泵测试井口操作台和井口补偿配套系统,解决了钻井平台、测试管柱、抽油杆、驱动泵头在起下抽油杆、组装驱动泵头以及调整防冲距时存在相对运动的问题,从而实现了螺杆泵在半潜式钻井平台DST测试中的应用.半潜式钻井平台螺杆泵测试技术目前已在南海东部海域进行1 0余口井近20次作业,落实了近亿立方米的稠油地质储量,取得了显著经济效益,而且已被推广至南海西部及东海等海域,具有广阔的应用前景.%Progressive cavity pumps have many advantages in offshore heavy oil DST tests,but they cannot be used on semi-submerged platforms directly because of the heaving motion.A wellhead operating table and counteracting movement equipment system of progressive cavity pump wells on semi-submerged plat-forms were developed to solve the relative movement problem caused by the platform,well testing string, sucker rod and driving pump in the operations of sucker rod round trips,driving pump assembly and anti-collision distance adjusting.And then,progressive cavity pumps can be successfully used in DST testson semi-submersible platforms.This method has been used nearly 20 times in more than 10 wells in eastern South China Sea,contributing nearly 100 million m3 of heavy oil geological reserves.This method has cre-ated huge economic benefit,and has been widely disseminated to western South China Sea and East China Sea,showing broad application prospect.
