ITER极向场线圈支撑结构关键部件的锻造工艺及监造技术

     

摘要

ITER PF contains not only the PF U box but also the super long and thick forgings. The structure is manufactured for the first time in the project by using stainless austentic steel integral forging technology, which is different from the traditional centrifugal casting technology. It has the following characteristics:smelting and forging with strict requirements, long machining time, complex bending techniques. Compared to the original multi-pass welding deformation risks, taking Austenitic stainless steel forging technology make ensure the following technical requirements of ITER, such as 316LN large forging steel ingot material chemical composition, mechanical properties (temperature and low temperature), microstructure etc. At the same time the final product could effectively ensure assembly precision non-destructive testing and other quality requirements of products.In this paper, the key quality control and supervision points in the manufacturing process are provided based on technical summary.%在ITER磁体支撑结构中,极向场线圈支撑的关键部件中不仅含超长超厚的大尺寸规格,还含U形两端不均匀狭缝设计,具有尺寸精度要求高,冶炼、锻造技术要求高、结构难以加工、机加工时间长、成形工艺复杂、制造难度大等特点,相比最初多道焊接成型产品带来的变形风险,采用奥氏体不锈钢整体锻造技术,保证了316L N大锻件钢锭材料化学成分,机械性能(室温和低温),微观组织等均满足ITER的技术要求,并有效保证产品的装配精度和无损检测等质量要求。通过对ITER极向场线圈支撑结构制造过程的技术要点分析和总结,介绍了制造环节中的关键控制点,同时对制造过程中的质量监督重点作了分析。
