本研究是以相对丰富的低品位天然钠基膨润土为原料,用A-18和A-30为复合有机改性剂,pH值控制在8.5,酸活化时间为90min,最佳反应固液比为1∶15,有机改性反应温度控制在70℃.制备出了粘度达4 150mPa·s、白度为74.5％、d(001)值由12.337(A)达到了25.514(A)的较高性能的有机膨润土.%In this study, the relative abundance of low-grade natural sodium bentonite as raw material, A-18 and A-30 as complex organic modifier, pH value is control in 8.5, acid activation time is 90 minutes, the best reaction solid-liquid ratio is 1:15, organically modified reaction temperature is 70℃. Prepared the viscosity 4 150mPa·s, whiteness is 74.5%, d (001) value is form 12.337(A) to 25.514(A), which is the higher quality organic bentonite.
