Due to the carcinogenicity of asbestos fiber and traditional Al2O3-SiO2 series refractory fiber, we research and develop synthetic wollastonite fiber which is a bio-soluble fiber by optimizing the production craft with raw materials of tailings. The EU index of this fiber is over 30 and it's with higher dissolution rate and lower biological persistence and no harmful to human bodies. Its property is quite similar to asbestos and it is able to replace asbestos fiber through comparison of applications.%鉴于石棉纤维、传统Al2O3-SiO2系耐火纤维的可致癌性,利用矿山开采的尾矿材料,优化工艺,研究开发出一种生物可溶性纤维——合成硅灰石纤维.该纤维欧盟指数大于30,具有较高的溶解率和较低的生物持久性,对人体无害.性能与石棉纤维相当,通过应用比较表明可以替代石棉纤维.
