本文研究了无机盐溶液溶胶—凝胶法制备MnNiFeO热敏电阻陶瓷粉体中,pH值对其粉体性能的影响,得出了在无机盐溶液溶胶—凝胶法制备MnNiFeO中的最优pH值.%The effects of pH value on the properties of MnNiFeO NTC thermistor powders during gel-sel process are studied. The optimal pH value for the preparation of MnNiFeO NTC thermistor nanopowders is 3.5.
