非金属矿粉体用立式磨的研究与应用

摘要

This paper summarizes the technical status of the common equipment used in nonmetal mining industry.HRM vertical roller mill used in pyrophyllite,kaolin and other non-metallic mineral powder products processing as an example.Study on the wear mechanism of vertical grinding equipment,and wear resistant processing technology of parts such as roller sleeve and blade of separator.develope for the HRM 1700X vertical roller mill used in non-metallic mineral powder producing.The application results show that the equipment production fineness of d99.9 ≤ 45 μm,stand-alone capacity is 6 times of Raymond mill,to 12t/h,service life of wearing parts is 5 times of raymond mill,the average power consumption per ton of product is 56～58kWh/t,the equipment efficiency reached above 96％,meet the design requirements.The equipment and technology in line with the principle of non-metallic mineral powder processing requirements,low average power consumption per ton of product with high purity and high efficiency.%本文综述了非金属矿行业常用装备的技术现状,以HRM立式磨在叶蜡石、高岭土等非金属矿粉体产品加工中的应用为例,研究了立式磨装备的磨损机理以及辊套、分离器叶片等易损件耐磨处理技术,研制出适应非金属矿粉体产品生产的HRM1700X立式磨.应用结果表明,该装备生产细度d999≤45μm的产品时,单机产能是雷蒙磨6倍,达到12t/h,易损件使用寿命是雷蒙磨的5倍,吨产品平均电耗在56～58kWh/t,设备运转效率达到96％以上,达到了设计要求.该装备技术符合非金属矿粉体加工要求吨产品平均电耗低、运行效率高的原则.
