改性沸石处理氨氮废水的试验研究

         

摘要

为了提高人造沸石的吸附能力,本文分别采用HC1、NaOH、KC1对沸石进行改性处理.试验结果表明:用5%的氯化钾改性过的沸石对氨氮的吸附效果较好.试验探讨了反应时间、沸石投加量、pH值、氨氮废水浓度和温度对氨氮吸附效果的影响.试验表明,当改性沸石投加量为3.0g、氨氮废水pH值=4~7、搅拌时间为80min时,对100mL质量浓度为77.5mg/L的氨氮废水的吸附率较高,出水达到GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》的二级标准.%In order to improve the adsorption ability of synthetic zeolite,his paper respectively uses HCl,NaOH,KC1 to modify zeolite.The results show that zeolite modified by the 5% potassium ehlorid e have better adsorption rate of ammonia nitrogen than others.This experiment studied the influence of the reaction time,the dosa ge of zeolite,the pH value,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater and the temperature on adsorption rate of ammon a nitrogen.The experiment shows that when the dosage of modified zeolite is 3.0g,the pH value of ammonia wastewater is bet ween 4.0 and 7.0,the mixing time is 80min,the adsorption rate of ammonia nitrogen on 100mL ammonia nitrogen wastewater who se mass concentration is 77.5mg/L is better,which can meet the secondary standard of"Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" GB8978-1996).
