整体管理模式在基层医院呼吸道传播疾病中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨整体管理模式在基层医院呼吸道传播疾病中的应用效果。方法选取2011年2月~2012年2月在本院就诊的120例患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例，对照组采用常规管理模式，观察组采用整体管理模式，比较两组的院内感染发生率和患者满意度。结果观察组的院内感染发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的患者满意度显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体管理模式在基层医院呼吸道传播疾病中的应用效果显著，可降低院内感染发生率，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the application effect of the overall management model in the respiratory spread dis-ease in primary hospital. Methods 120 cases from February 2011 to February 2012 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management mode,the observation group was given overall management model.The incidence of nosocomial in-fection and satisfaction of patients in two groups was compared respectively. Results The incidence of nosocomial infec-tion in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with signifi-cant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of the overall management model in the respiratory spread disease in primary hospital is significant,which can reduce the incidence rate of hospital infection,improve the satisfac-tion of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
