我院2012～2013年抗菌药物使用情况分析

摘要

目的：了解我院抗菌药物使用情况及变化趋势，评价加强抗菌药物管理的效果。方法对我院HIS系统采用回顾性分析方法，对比分析2012年1~12月(管理前)和2013年1~12月(管理后)门、急诊抗菌药物处方比例，住院患者抗菌药物使用率、使用强度及Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防的使用率等。结果管理前后比较，我院抗菌药物使用金额占药品使用总金额的比例，四个季度的最低值由2012年的21.53%下降为2013年的13.53%；使用量排名前10位的抗菌药物的总用量由2012年的277099下降为2013年的220340；各种抗菌药物的品规数均有所减少；门诊抗菌药物处方比例，四个季度的最低值由2012年的13.97%下降为2013年的10.82%；急诊抗菌药物处方比例，四个季度的最低值由2012年的37.92%下降为2013年的32.99%；住院患者抗菌药物使用率，四个季度的最低值由2012年的31.24%下降为2013年的26.48%；住院患者抗菌药物使用强度，四个季度的最低值由2012年的35.02下降为2013年的25.83。结论加强抗菌药物管理效果明显，我院抗菌药物临床应用的多项指标均达到国家规定。%Objective To understand the use condition and variation trend of antibacterial agents in our hospital and to evaluate the effect of strengthen the management of antimicrobial agents. Methods Retrospective analysis method was used to study the HIS system in our hospital antimicrobial agents prescription proportion of outpatients and emergency antimicrobial use rate and use intensity in hospitalized patients and rate of preventive use antibacterial agents in typeIincision operation in times of January to December in 2012 (before management) and January to December in 2013 (after management) were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with before and after management among four quarters lowest values of antimicrobial agents use amount account for drug use amount from 21.53% in 2012 decreased to 13.53%in 2013.The top 10 total amount of antimicrobial drugs decreased from 277 099 in 2012 to 220 340 in 2013. All kinds of antimicrobial agents product gauge number reduced.Among four quarters lowest values of antimicrobial prescription proportion in outpatient from 13.97% in 2012 decreased to 10.82% in 2013.Among four quarters lowest values of prescription emergency proportion in emergency from 37.92% in 2012 decreased to 32.99% in 2013.Among four quarters lowest values of antimicrobial prescription proportion in inpatient from 31.24% in 2012 decreased to 26.48%in 2013.Among four quarters lowest values of AUD of antibacterial agents in inpatients from 35.02 in 2012 de-creased to 25.83 in 2013. Conclusion It is effective in strengthening the management of antimicrobial agents and many index of antibacterial agents clinical application in our hospital meet the national regulation.
