儿科临床护理常见风险因素及应对措施分析

摘要

Objective To analysis the common risk factors and solutions in pediatric clinical nursing. Methods Work of pediatric clinical nursing in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were selected as control group,and work of pediatric clinical nursing implemented the nursing risk prevention and management system in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as observation group.The common risk of clinical nursing in two groups was observed,and prevention was discussed and summarized. Results The accident event in control group was 15 cases (2.03%),in the observation group was 4 cases (0.53%),the difference was significant (P<0.05).Nursing error in control group was 20 cases(2.71%),in the observation group was 5 cases(0.66%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total nursing events control group was 42 cases(5.71%),in observation group was 12 cases(1.60%),the difference was signifi-cant(P<0.05). Conclusion To reducing the Pediatric clinical nursing risk,we should be first to analyze the reasons of the occurrence of Pediatric clinical nursing risk events,and then make up corresponding solutions to improved nurses’ability and risk awareness.%目的：探讨儿科临床护理常见风险因素及应对措施。方法选择2011年1月~2012年12月我院的护理工作为对照组，选择2013年1月~2014年12月我院实行了护理风险防范与管理制度的护理工作为观察组，观察两组临床护理常见风险，并对其防范进行讨论和总结。结果对照组发生意外事件15起(2.03%)，观察组发生4起(0.53%)，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；对照组发生护理失误20起(2.71%)，观察组发生5起(0.66%)，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；对照组发生护理不良事件总计42起(5.71%)，观察组总计12起(1.60%)，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论降低儿科护理风险，首先应全面分析护理风险事件的发生原因，并制定相应的应对方案，进一步提高护理人员的业务水平和风险意识。
