集中互动式多媒体术前宣教在门诊手术患者中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨集中式互动式多媒体术前宣教在门诊手术患者的应用。方法选取2013年1月~2014年12月我院的240例门诊手术患者，将其随机分为实验组与对照组，每组120例。实验组采用集中互动多媒体方式者进行术前宣教，对照组采用传统讲解结合文字进行宣教，观察并记录两组患者的术前焦虑、术中血压和心率、术后晕厥发生情况以及对护理工作的满意度情况。结果实验组的术前焦虑分值、术中收缩压、心率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；但两组术中舒张压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组对护理工作的满意度为96.67%，显著高于对照组的66.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组术后晕厥发生率为0%，低于对照组的2.5%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集中互动式多媒体术前宣教方法适用于门诊手术患者，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the usage of centralized interactive multimedia on preoperative propaganda and edu-cation in patients with outpatient operation. Methods 240 patients with outpatient operation admitted into our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected and evenly divided into experimental group and control group in random.In the experimental group,centralized interactive multimedia was used for preoperative propaganda and educa-tion,while in the control group,traditional explanation combining with handwritten characters was adopted for promotion and education.The occurrences of preoperative anxiety,intraoperative blood pressure and heart rate,postoperative syn-cope and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed and recorded. Results The anxiety score,intraoperative systolic pressure and heart rate in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01),but diastolic blood pressure in two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).The nursing satisfac-tion in experimental group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01).The incidence of postoperative syncope in experimental group was 0%,less than 2.5% of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Method of centralized interactive multimedia for propaganda and education before surgery is applicable to patients with outpatient operation.It is worthy of clinic application.
