克痤隐酮凝胶联合红蓝光治疗轻中度痤疮的效果观察

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and efficacy of Kecuo Yintong Gel combined with red blue light cure in the treatment of mild to moderate acne. Methods 116 patients with mild to moderate acne admitted into our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into therapy group and control group according to number table method,58 cases in each group.Two groups were accepted external kecuo yintong gel.On the basis of control group,the therapy group was treated with red blue light cure.Two groups for 6 weeks for 1 courses.The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in therapy group was 91.38%,which was significantly higher than 74.14%in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in therapy group was 12.1%,the control group was 8.6%,the difference was not statistically significant between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Kecuo Yintong Gel combined with red blue light cure in the treatment of mild to moderate acne is effective,less adverse reaction.It is worthy of clinic application.%目的：评价克痤隐酮凝胶联合红蓝光治疗轻中度痤疮的临床效果及安全性。方法选择2013年1月~2015年1月在本院皮肤科就诊的116例轻中度痤疮患者，按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组58例。两组均采用克痤隐酮凝胶外用，治疗组在此基础上加用红蓝光照射，均连用6周为1疗程。比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组的总有效率为91.38%，显著高于对照组的74.14%(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率为12.1%，对照组为8.6%，两组差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05)。结论克痤隐酮凝胶联合红蓝光治疗轻中度痤疮的效果肯定、不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。
