Objective To investigate the related factors analysis on anemia of pregnant women in urban and rural areas in Yunfu city. Methods 3716 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2014 to take with regular prenatal care were randomly selected.The prevalence of anemia of early,middle and late pregnancy between ur-ban and rural women was cmpared,the factors of anemia prevalence was analyzed. Results In urban women,the preva-lence of anemia of early pregnancy was 3.14%,that of middle pregnancy was 19.25%,that of late pregnancy was 24.64%,lower than that of rural women(11.63%,32.97%,37.76%) respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis of age,education level,family income was correlated with the prevalence of anemia in pregnancy (P<0.05). Conclusion The related factors of anemia in pregnancy is complicate,should strengthen the pregnancy health lit-eracy education,reduce the incidence of anemia during pregnancy.%目的：调查云浮市城乡妊娠期妇女的贫血状况，分析影响贫血的相关因素。方法随机抽取2013年6月~2014年12月来云浮市妇幼保健院妇产科进行定期产前检查和分娩的病例资料完整的妊娠期妇女3716例，比较城区和农村妇女妊娠早、中、晚期的贫血患病率，分析贫血患病率的相关因素。结果城区妊娠早期妇女贫血患病率为3.14%，妊娠中期妇女贫血患病率为19.25%，妊娠晚期妇女贫血患病率为24.64%，均分别低于农村妊娠早、中、晚期妇女贫血患病率的11.63%、32.97%、37.76%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 Logistic多因素回归分析显示，年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入等与妊娠期贫血患病率有相关性（P<0.05）。结论妊娠期贫血发病因素复杂，应加强孕期健康知识宣教，减少孕期贫血的发生。
