疏肝和胃降逆汤治疗反流性食管炎的效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 104 patients with reflux esophagitis from January 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,52 cases in each group.The control group was given regular treatment of western medicine,the observation group was given Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction on the basis of the control group.Gastroscopic score,symptom score,clinical curative effect after treatment and half-year relapse rate in two groups before and after treatment was compared respectively. Results Gastroscopic score and symptoms score in two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference (P<0.01).Gastroscopic score and symptoms score in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group after treatment, with significant difference (P<0.01).The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 65.38% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The relapse rate in the observation group was 9.62%, which was lower than 48.08% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion The effect of Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis is significant,which can reduce gastroscopic score and symptom score,and the relapse rate is low,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.%目的：探讨疏肝和胃降逆汤治疗反流性食管炎的效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2014年5月收治的104例反流性食管炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各组52例。对照组给予常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药疏肝和胃降逆汤治疗，比较两组治疗前后的胃镜积分、症状积分、治疗后的临床效果及半年复发率。结果两组治疗后的胃镜积分、症状积分显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗后的胃镜积分、症状积分显著低于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的总有效率为96.15%，显著高于对照组的65.38%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的复发率为9.62%，显著低于对照组的48.08%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论疏肝和胃降逆汤治疗反流性食管炎效果显著，能够降低患者的胃镜积分及症状积分，且复发率低，值得临床推广应用。
