综合护理在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血患者中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨综合护理在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2014年5~10月收治的300例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各150例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理。比较两组的术后排气时间、胎儿娩出时间、母乳喂养时间、住院时间及抑郁评分，记录两组新生儿的Apgar评分及护理满意度。结果观察组的术后排气时间、胎儿娩出时间、母乳喂养时间及住院时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的抑郁评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的新生儿1 min Apgar评分、5 min Apgar评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为96.67豫，显著高于对照组的74.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血患者中的应用效果显著，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nuring in patient with cesarean scar pregnancy complicated bleeding. Methods 300 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy complicated bleeding in our hospital from May 2014 to October were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,150 cases in each group.The control group was given usual nurings,the observation group was given comprehensive care.The postop-erative discharge time,the fetus time,breastfeeding time hospital stay,and depression scores in two groups was compared, neonatal Apgar score and degree of was recorded. Results The postoperative discharge time,the fetus time,breastfeeding time and hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,depression score was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The 1 min Apgar score and 5 min Apgar score between two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).The degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 74.00% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The appli-cation effect of comprehensive nursing in patient with cesarean scar pregnancy complicated bleeding is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
