胎儿电子监测联合羊水指数检测在改善延期妊娠围生儿预后中的应用价值

摘要

Objective To application value of electronic fetal monitoring combined with amniotic fluid index monitoring in improving perinatal prognosis at delayed pregnancy. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014,70 cases with delayed pregnancy treated in our hospital were selected as experimental group,and at the same period,another 70 cases with normal pregnancy and delivery in our hospital were chosen as control group.Electronic fetal monitoring and amni-otic fluid index monitoring were provided in participated pregnant women in two groups.The monitoring outcome and prognosis of perinatal infants in two groups were observed and compared. Results In experimental group,abnormal rate of electronic fetal monitoring and amniotic fluid index,fetal distress rate were much higher in comparison with those in control group,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).Neonatal Apgar score in experimental group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).In the experimental group,pregnant and lying-in women with two abnormal indexes indi-cated higher fetal distress rate and lower Apgar score in comparison with these pregnant women only with single abnor-mal index, which displayed a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Electronic fetal monitoring combined with am-niotic fluid index on these pregnant and lying-in women with delayed pregnancy has a higher clinical application value and can improve judgment effect for the prognosis of perinatal infants.%目的：胎儿电子监测联合羊水指数检测在改善延期妊娠围生儿预后中的应用价值。方法选择2013年1月~2014年12月本院收治的70例延期妊娠孕妇作为实验组，并以同期在本院收治的正常妊娠分娩产妇70例作为对照组，对两组孕产妇均给予胎儿电子监护、羊水指数监护，比较两组孕产妇的监测结果和围生儿预后。结果实验组的胎儿电子监护异常率更高、羊水指数异常率更高，胎儿窘迫率更高，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组的新生儿Apgar评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组中，两项指标异常孕产妇的胎儿窘迫率更高、新生儿Apgar评分更低，与单一指标异常孕产妇比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对延期妊娠的孕产妇给予胎儿电子监测联合羊水指数检测具有更高的临床应用价值，能够提高对围生儿预后判断的准确率。
