耳鼻喉科声导抗测试人员规范管理的方法与效果

         

摘要

目的:探讨耳鼻喉科声导抗测试人员规范管理方法在临床中的应用效果。方法选取2013年8~11月就诊于本院的1250名耳鼻喉科患者作为研究对象,其中规范管理前600名,规范管理后650名。实施3个月后评价规范管理的效果。结果规范管理后的声导抗检查结果假阳性率为1.85%,显著低于管理前的9.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。规范管理后测试人员的理论考试成绩为(88.12±4.25)分,显著高于管理前的(70.42±3.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论规范管理能够有效提高测试人员的技术水平、责任心及主动学习意识,降低测试结果假阳性率,保证临床医生诊断的准确性。%Objective To explore the clinical application effect of standard management method on acoustic immitance testers in otolaryngological department. Methods 1250 cases in otolaryngological department of our hospital from Au-gust 2013 to November were selected as the research objects,there were 600 cases before standardized management, 650 cases after standardized management.The effect of standardized management implementation was evaluated after 3 months. Results The false positive rate of test result by acoustic immitance after standard management was 1.85%, which was lower than 9.67% before standard management,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of theoretical test after standard management was (88.12±4.25) points,which was higher than (70.42±3.56) points before standard management,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized management can effectively improve their technical level as well as responsibility and consciousness of active learning of testers,decrease the false positive rate of test results,and guarantee the accuracy of clinical physician’s diagnosis.
