腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗子宫肌壁间肌瘤的效果对比分析

摘要

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and open myomectomies in the treatment of in-tramural myoma. Methods 70 cases of patients with intramural myoma in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group were treated with open my-omectomies.The observation group were treated with laparoscopic myomectomies.The intraoperative and postoperative conditions,complication rate and recurrence rate of two groups were compared. Results The operative time of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).The blood loss,anus exhaust time and hospitalization time of observation group was less than that of control group (P<0.05).The complication rate and recurrence rate of two groups had no sig-nificant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomies in the treatment of intramural myoma is effective with minimally invasive,has less blood loss and faster recovery.It is worthy of clinical widely using.%目的：比较腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗子宫肌壁间肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年2月~2013年2月收治的70例子宫肌壁间肌瘤患者，随机均分为对照组和观察组，对照组行开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术，观察组行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术，比较两组患者的术中和术后情况、并发症发生率和复发率。结果两组手术时间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组术中出血量少于对照组、排气时间和住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）；两组并发症发生率和复发率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术疗效确切，具有微创、失血少及恢复快等优点，值得临床推广应用。
