凉血平银饮联合风艾洗剂治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察

摘要

目的 观察凉血平银饮联合风艾洗剂治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果.方法 选择2015年1月～2016年12月本院收治的60例符合纳入标准的寻常型银屑病患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例).治疗组给予凉血平银饮联合风艾洗剂外洗治疗,对照组给予口服阿维A 胶囊治疗.两组均以4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效、皮损程度、皮损面积以及瘙痒积分并比较两组的不良反应发生率.结果 第1疗程后,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);第2疗程后,两组的疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后,两组的皮损面积、皮损程度及瘙痒积分均降低,且治疗组较对照组降低更明显(P＜0.05).治疗组的唇干、皮肤干燥、恶心以及肝肾功能异常发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 凉血平银饮联合风艾洗剂治疗寻常型银屑病具有明显优势,不良反应较阿维A 胶囊少,患者的依从性更好.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of Liangxue Pingyin Decoction combined with Feng'ai Lotion treating psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Sixty patients with psoriasis vulgaris meetting the inclusion criteria treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects from January 2015 to December 2016.The patients were divided into the treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method.The treatment group was given Liangxue Pingyin Decoction combined with Feng'ai Lotion treatment,while the control group was given oral Avia A Capsules treatment.The two groups were treated with 4 weeks for one course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect,lesion degree,lesion area and pruritus score were evaluated and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After the first course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).After the second course of treatment,there was no significant difference of curative effect between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,the lesion area,skin lesion and itching score of the two groups decreased,and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group (P＜0.05).The rates of dry lips,dry skin,nausea and abnormal liver and kidney function in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Liangxue Pingyin Decoction combined with Feng'ai Lotion treating psoriasis vulgaris has obvious advantages and the adverse reaction is fewer than that of Avia A Capsules,and the compliance of patients is better.
