The present paper summarized the maintenance of the programmable logic controller experiment instruments. Including the trouble shooting of 3-phases power supply control panel, circuit self-protection, computer system problem. Following this, the repair methods were discussed for various faults. Finally the right steps for trouble-shooting were discussed in detail.
