PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cassette and an ATM from being operated while a failure is not yet recovered to improve the operational efficiency of the ATM.SOLUTION: A failure maintenance operational system 100 stores, as error code log file data 310, an error code obtained by encoding failures generated in ATMs including cassettes for each failure type when performing failure maintenance for a plurality of ATMs each connected to a failure maintenance operation management server 101 and a business server 106 via a network 102 so as to transmit and receive data. In addition to that, a log analysis section 3000 of the failure maintenance operation management server 101 compares the inputted error code to an error code master of each importance level, determines any one of importance levels A to C to which the inputted error code belongs, and transmits, based on the importance level thus determined, a variety of data for error recovery to a user terminal group 107 such as a bank user terminal 103 for notification.
