以“卓越计划”为契机转变新建地方本科院校教学基层组织建设观念

摘要

“卓越计划”对高校人才培养提出了更新更高的要求。分析了新建地方本科院校教学基层组织传统建设思路对“卓越计划”的弊端，阐述了“卓越计划”对教学基层组织的要求，给出了湖南工学院在转变“卓越计划”专业教学基层组织建设思路方面的具体举措。%The Excellence Program(EP) brings higher requirements for college education. It is analyzed that, facing the EP, there are some disadvantages in the traditional ideas to develop the basic teaching organization in the colleges. And then the demands of the EP for the primary parts are also formulated. At last, the concrete measures for the basic units in Hunan institute to implement the EP are suggested.
