This article analyzed the importance of carrying out soldiers’ professional skill appraisal in military academy, concluded the existing problems, discussed the main methods of pursuing this system.%针对士兵职业技能鉴定工作，分析了在军队任职院校实施职业技能鉴定的意义，总结了目前存在的主要问题，探讨了推行该制度的主要对策。
