基于职教分级制模式下课相载体的开发与应用

摘要

Installation and debugging of the workpiece transfer station is a compulsory course for Mechatronics System occupation in education reform. Course is an important form of teaching occupation education. The course is a simulated job, starting from occupation,take the workpiece transfer typical station as the study carrier, and take the student as the center, a integrated teaching of teaching, learning, training, assessment. Workpiece transfer station training platform take occupation education objective as the basis, design and development. It adopts aluminum alloy proifle, modular structure, with open and detachable characteristics.%工件传送站的安装与调试课相是机电一体化技术专业分级制职业教育改革中的一项必修课程。课相是职业教育从职业出发的重要体现和教学形式。而该课相就是在模拟的工作岗位上，从职业出发，以典型的工件传送站为学习载体，并以学生为中心，全面进行教，学、训、做、评相融合的教学。工件传送站实训台是以职业教育分级标准提出的能力目标为依据，经多方调研进行设计和开发的。其整体采用了铝合金型材、模块化结构，具有开放式和可拆装式特点。
