阐述了APRAM谈判模式的过程及优势，针对独立学院自筹资金、自主采购的特点，提出了在独立学院采购中全面应用APRAM谈判模式的构想。%This paper describes the process and advantage of the APRAM negotiations. It is aimed at the characteristics of self-ifnancing and self-purchasing in the independent college, and put forward the concept of the comprehensive application of APRAM negotiation model in the purchase of independent colleges to improve the utilization efifciency of procurement funds of independent college.
