PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make automatic negotiations which take advantage of the merits of both search-type negotiations and persuasion-type negotiations.;SOLUTION: A demand forecast part 130 accumulates the combination of object articles, difference between a forecasted sales volume and a previous-year sales performance and data for explaining grounds, as the negotiation material data, in a negotiation material database 170. A procurement condition generation part 150 or 230 accumulates the combination of the object articles, difference between desired procurement quantity conditions and previous-year contract performance, and data for explaining the grounds, as the negotiation material, in the negotiation material database 170 or 250. Then, negotiation changing parts 180b and 270b change between a persuasion-type negotiation part 180c and a search-type negotiation part 180d to make automatic negotiations between a hotel side and a wholesaler based on a difference between a partner's proposal and the previous-year contract performance, a difference between self-procurement conditions and the previous-year contract performance, and a negotiation material application rule group 190a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
