不同龈下冲洗方式治疗牙周炎的临床对比研究

摘要

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of different subgingival rinse methods in the treat-ment of periodontitis. Methods Twenty-three patients (88 teeth) with moderate and severe periodontitis admitted to our hospital were divided into different groups using the random number table method. The control group was given drug administration treatment using the rinser after traditional ultrasound subgingival scaling and the experimental group was given drug rinse treatment synchronized with ultrasound subgingival scaling. The clinical efficacy of the two methods was compared. Results After the treatment, the numerical values of plaque indices (PL) and sulcus bleeding indices (SBI) of both groups decreased significantly compared to those before the treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After the treatment, the experimental group was significantly larger than the control group in the decrease degrees of numerical values of PL, SBI, probing depth (PD) and attachment loss (AL), with statistical significance (P<0.05). The experimental group had higher satisfaction degree than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclu-sion Drug rinse treatment synchronized with ultrasound subgingival scaling has remarkable clinical efficacy in the treatment of periodontitis, thereby worthy of wide promotion.%目的：探究与分析不同龈下冲洗方式治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的中度及重度牙周炎患者23例(共88颗)采取随机数字表法进行分组。对照组给予传统超声龈下刮治后冲洗器给药治疗，试验组给予超声龈下刮治同步药物冲洗治疗，比较两种方法的临床疗效。结果两组治疗后菌斑指数(PL)、探诊出血指数(SBI)各数值较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而试验组治疗后菌斑指数(PL)、探诊出血指数(SBI)、探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)各数值降低程度明显大于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声龈下刮治同步药物冲洗治疗牙周炎的临床疗效显著，值得广泛推广。
