关于开展医疗职业暴露染艾职业病防治的几点思考

摘要

Since the newly-edited The Directory And Catalog of Occupational Diseases has taken AIDS from occupa-tional exposure into consideration(confined to medical workers and police),how medical staff prevent and treat occu-pational diseases in accordance with code of occupational disease prevention of PRC has called for urgent solution. Occupational disease prevention, distinct from ordinary medical disease prevention, has positive effect on the promo-tion of occupational AIDS prevention in medical units and the curbing of HIV. The prevention could start with four as-pects transition of attitudes, main-body responsibility setup, obligatory self occupational prevention and laborers'rights protection.%国家公布的新版《职业病分类和目录》将职业暴露染艾纳入职业病目录(限于医疗卫生人员及人民警察)，作为医疗单位及医疗卫生人员如何依法进行职业病防治已是迫切应解决的问题。职业病防治管理与日常的医源性感染管理有本质区别，从转变观念、树立主体责任、履行自我职业安全防护义务和做好权益维护工作四个方面出发，对促进医疗单位开展好职业性艾滋病防治工作、遏制我国艾滋病传播流行有积极作用。
