强化与常规教育在糖尿病血糖控制中的临床效果

             

摘要

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of intensive education and regular education in diabetes blood sugar control. Methods A total of 150 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were collected. They were randomly assigned to intensive group (75 patients) and regular group (75 pa-tients), and were given related education of diabetes for one year. Changes of related indices before the education, at the sixth month and the twelfth month during the education were measured. Results Levels of FBG, 2hPBG and HbA1c in the intensive group at the sixth month and the twelfth month during the education were lower than those in the regu-lar group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Levels of FBG, 2hPBG and HbA1c in the intensive group gradually declined with time going by, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Levels of FBG, 2hPBG and HbA1c in the regular group significantly declined at the sixth month during the education, and gradually increased at the twelfth month during the education. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclu-sion The efficacy of intensive education in the blood sugar control in patients with diabetes is better than that of regu-lar education of diabetes, and the maintenance time of the efficacy is longer.%目的:探讨强化教育与常规教育在糖尿病血糖控制中的临床效果。方法选择我院2012年6月~2013年6月收治的150例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为强化组(75例)和常规组(75例),给予相应糖尿病教育1年,检测教育前、教育6个月、12个月相应指标的变化。结果教育6个月、12个月强化组FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c水平低于常规组相应水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),强化组FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c水平随时间逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),常规组FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c水平在教育6个月时明显降低,但教育12个月时逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化教育在糖尿病患者血糖控制中效果优于常规糖尿病教育,且维持时间长。
