In the context of sustainable development, enterprises, governments and other interest groups began to re- examine the relationship between mineral development and local communities to seek a more sustainable way. On the issue of building sustainable mining community, resource- rich countries and regions in the world have accumulated some experience, organizations and researchers have put forward some theoretical methods and tools, which are helpful to establish residents' benefit- sharing mechanisms and protect the sustainable development of mining regions. This paper focuses on sustainable development in mining communities, elaborating on the existing policy, methods, analytical framework and tools in the mining countries and regions, then conduct a comparative analysis.%在可持续发展框架下,企业、政府和其他利益团体开始重新审视矿业开发与当地社区的关系,以期寻求一个更加可持续的方式.在建设可持续的矿业社区问题上,世界各资源富集国家和地区积累了一定的经验,各种组织机构和研究者也提出了一些理论方法和工具,这些对于建立我国资源地居民利益分享机制,保障矿业地区可持续发展具有借鉴意义.本文围绕矿业社区可持续发展问题,详细阐述了矿业国家及地区的已有政策、机制及解决分析框架和工具,并进行了对比分析.
