GC/MS分析灵武萃取残渣加氢热解反应产物的化学组成

     

摘要

以环己烷为溶剂,在5 MPa氢气初压、300℃下对灵武萃取残渣进行热解,并利用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)技术对热解产物进行分析.在灵武萃取残渣加氢热解反应混合物中检测到45种化合物,可以分类为酚类化合物、脂肪烃、芳烃、酯类化合物和含杂原子化合物.脂肪烃和酯类化合物的相对含量较高,酯类中以邻苯二甲酸酯系为主,烷烃碳原子数分布在C12~C25范围内;芳烃均为2~3环的烷基取代芳烃;检测到两种生物标记物,三辛酸甘油酯和角鲨烯,其中角鲨烯是灵武萃取残渣加氢热解反应混合物中相对含量最高的化合物.%Hydropyrolysis reaction of residue of Lingwu coal was at 300℃ with 5 MPa initial hydrogen pressure and used cyclohexane as solvent. 45 compounds were identified from reaction mixture by GC/MS, and they can be classified into 5 groups components: phenols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, arenes, esters and heteroatomic compounds. The relative contents of aliphatic hydrocarbons and esters are more than other groups. Phthalate esters are the main content of esters and the carbon number of alkanes are from C12 to C25 and all the arenes are 2 to 3 rings aromatic hydrocarbons. Squalene was detected from the products of hydropyrolysis reaction of Lingwu coal, which is the most abundant compounds.
