面向煤炭企业集团协同的信息化支撑:以神华集团为例

在企业协同理论的基础上,以神华集团为例对煤炭企业集团协同模式进行了分析,然后从信息化的视角探讨了协同模式下煤炭企业集团面临的挑战.结合当今信息技术的发展趋势,从基础设施、数据和应用三个层次详细论述了煤炭企业集团的信息化建设中的三个转变.%The collaborative pattern in coal enterprise group is analyzed by taking Shenhua group as an example with synergy theory, and the challenges faced by the coal enterprise groups in the collaborative environment are proposed from the information technology perspective. Furthermore, by leveraging the development of modern information technology, the solutions are presented from three levels: IT infrastructure, data management and application to enhance the interoperability of coal enterprise groups.
