进一步加强国有大型能源化工企业法制工作：以陕西煤业化工集团公司为例

摘要

笔者亲历一个国有大型能源化工企业的一段蓬勃发展历史过程，并领导和推进了其法制建设进程。本文以陕煤化集团公司为例，探讨了新形势下进一步国有大型能源化工企业法制工作的顶层设计、思想建设、主要抓手以及工作重点。%Dr .WEI ,Tiejun ,Deputy Director-General of the Law Center of the Ministry of Land and Resources PRC ,is also a Vice President and Chief Law Officer of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Corporation under a personnel project of the Central Government .He told his story as a company lawyer and urged to strengthen legal works for the companies of the sorts .
