基于AMEsim的带式输送机仿真建模方法研究

摘要

This paper analyzes the dynamic model of belt conveyor,and introduces how to use AMEsim simulation platform to establish belt conveyor simulation model method,and utilizes the project examples of belt conveyor dynamic characteristics of the simulation, and concludes that the belt conveyor belt kinetic tension, speed and displacement of the 3D curve in the process of start. The simulation results curve of Engineering example and the actual data of belt conveyor is very approximation. The modeling method can be used as the conveyor belt dynamic analysis which is a reliable method.%本文分析了带式输送机的动力学模型,介绍了利用AMEsim仿真平台建立带式输送机仿真模型方法,并运用工程实例对带式输送机的动态特性进行了仿真,得出带式输送机启动过程中输送带的动张力、速度、位移的3维曲线图.工程实例得出的仿真结果曲线和带式输送机现场测得实际数据近似.该建模方式可以作为带式输送机的动态分析可靠方法.
