资源枯竭型矿区工业废弃地再利用动力研究

摘要

从矿区工业废弃地自身及其所处的经济、社会环境出发，采用系统分析法对资源枯竭型矿区工业废弃地再利用内外部阻力、驱动力及其作用机理进行分析，并采用专家打分法对各动力的影响程度进行打分。通过打分评价可知，矿区工业废弃地再利用进程中，政策、资金及区域环境占重要地位，是资源枯竭型矿区工业废弃地再利用成功的保障。文章以期通过对动力的分析评价，为发挥驱动力作用最大化、抵消或减弱阻力的作用，实现矿区工业废弃地再利用，协调矿与城发展提供参考。%Based on the economic condition and social environment of the damaged landscape inindustrial mines,the research uses systematic method to analysis the driving forces and mechanism,as wellas the internal and external resistance,of the industrial wasteland.In addition,the research uses scoreanalysis to criticize all sorts of influence factors.By means of the score analysis,the research can draw aconclusion that policy,fund and regional environment have a great influence on industrial wasteland inmining area.Moreover,the factors mentioned above,are the guarantee conditions of success in wastelandreuse.Through the analysis of the driving factors,the author hopes that the research can providereferenceof wasteland reuse in mining areas,as well as the coordinationdevelopment of the town and the mine.
