贵州威宁某玄武岩型铜矿工艺矿物学研究

         

摘要

本文针对威宁县某铜矿试验样品,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM )、能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射分析技术(XRD)进行了工艺矿物学研究,结果表明原矿为玄武岩型铜矿,Cu的含量为2.2%;铜矿物为自然铜、硅孔雀石和辉铜矿,总量达4%;脉石矿物主要为浊沸石、石英和钠长石。经过计算,铜矿物中铜的相对配分达到了42.28%,辉铜矿18.11%,硅孔雀石39.61%。自然铜和辉铜矿可浮性较好,硅孔雀石可浮性差,且粒度微细,嵌布特征复杂,难以解离,故选矿应着力回收自然铜和辉铜矿,部分硅孔雀石难以通过物理选别方法回收,为合理的损失。%Basalt type copper deposit is a kind of unconventional cooper resource ,has great resources potentialities .By means of using optical microscope ,scanning electron microscope ,X‐ray diffraction and energy dispersive spectrometer ,used of integrated basalt type cooper test samples from Weining ,western Guizhou ,detailed processing mineralogy study has been described in this paper .The results showed that the cooper is basalt type ,Cu content of 2 .2% ;the major copper minerals are native copper ,chrysocolla and chalcocite ,4% of the total .Gangue minerals are mainly laumontite ,quartz and albite .After calculation ,the relative distribution of the cooper in the cooper minerals reached 42 .28% ,chalcocite ,18 .11% ,chrysocolla , 39 .61% .The floatability of the native cooper and chalcocite is better than chrysocolla ,which with fine granularity ,complex disseminated feature and difficult dissociation .So ,ore dressing of this basalt type copper should focus on the native cooper and chalcocite ,part of the chrysocolla is difficult to recycle through physical sorting ,it is reasonable and receivable waste .
